  I walked in just behind this elderly lady. Actually I stopped and held the door for her and let her go in first. There were 0 customers. At first only 1 employee was present. She took the ladies order while I waited. She ordered a sandwich, then she wanted a pizza. At this time another employee came out of the rest room. By now about 5 minutes had passed. We were still the only 2 customers, and I was leaning against the wall. It was quite obvious the lady and I were not together. The 2nd employee washed his hands, (thank you), then proceeded to ask the lady if she wanted a drink soup etc.. she wanted soup so now both employees are waiting on the lady while I'm still leaning against the wall. 7 minutes have passed. After taking the lady's pizza out and wrapping it, the first employee, still ignoring me wipes down the counter. Finally she asks me for my order. I order my sandwich she gets out my bread, another customer walks in. The girl making my sandwich puts it in the toaster oven and immediately goes to wait on the just walked in customer. The other worker continues to finish with the lady in front of me while I stand there. I stood there while both employees waited on the ONE customer in front of me. Then I stood there while one employee waited on that customer and the other waited on the customer behind me. At this point finally the 2nd employee asked what I wanted on my sandwich. I turned and walked out the door. When I got home, I called Subway's customer service line. I waited on hold for half an hour. Finally I got to file my complaint. I was told the owner of DeSoto Subway would contact me within 24 to 48 hours. As of tomorrow it will be 7 days. I have still not been contacted.

  When I came to this subway, I had a fairly bad experience. The employees there were quite unfriendly and my sandwich was also made horribly. Some of the tomatoes that were put on my sandwich were bad, and I was served mayonnaise that was outside of the cooler where it had gotten warm. I'm really upset with my service I recieved.
